What is the return policy for technical apparel and footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and ropes cannot be returned once they have left the store.
How do I determine the correct size for mountaineering boots?
We recommend measuring your feet with the technical socks you intend to wear. Most mountaineering boots require sizing up a half to a full size from your street shoes to account for foot swelling and thick insulation.
